About me
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with a psychoanalytic orientation.
My work is based on welcoming people, giving them space and time to deal with their suffering. I believe this is an important space, necessary for everyone. In our daily routines, it is not easy to find someone who will listen to us, in a safe personal space, where we can open up and express ourselves freely, without being judged. This is what I offer, through psychological counseling and psychoanalytically-oriented psychotherapy.
The main goal of my work is to help people face and manage their suffering or difficulties, to become more aware of themselves and what is happening inside them, attributing meaning to situations or emotions that sometimes seem meaningless.
I am addressing anyone who is going through a difficult period or wants to learn more about themselves.
In some cases, it is possible to supplement the sessions with meditation and relaxation techniques.
I work with adults, young adults, adolescents, and children in individual settings, but also with couples and parents.
One of the areas I am passionate about is perinatal counseling; both expectant mothers and fathers, as well as new parents with young children who are experiencing difficulties during these delicate stages, are welcome.
Having lived abroad for many years, I have had the opportunity to learn about the realities of migration, and I can offer consulting services in the following languages:
Italian / English / Spanish
Interviews can take place either in person (at the Pisa office) or online (from anywhere in the world).
I receive patients by appointment, which can be made by phone or email.
Individual psychological support
Psychological counseling with a psychodynamic approach, where you can find your own space and time in a welcoming environment.

Parenting support
Being a parent is not an easy task; we are not taught how to do it, especially since we are born as children ourselves.
Many dynamics come into play during this discovery of your new role, and it is possible to feel stuck or inadequate.
In order to continue parenting more serenely, it can be useful to seek outside input or perspective that can help us accept and better navigate this difficult undertaking, rediscovering and recognizing our own skills.
Couples counseling
Couples, like individuals, go through various stages, and it is possible to feel stuck, struggling to cope with one of these stages.
Psychological counseling for couples can help you rediscover a shared vision, or build a new way of communicating and expressing what you cannot say on your own.
It can help you find new paths and new ways, exploring your own experiences and those of the couple.
